About FreshRateHub

FreshRateHub is a free tool for tracking what your home is worth and how much of it you own. You give it a ZIP code, roughly what you paid, the year you bought, and what you still owe. It applies the change in a public house price index since your purchase and shows you an estimate of today's value and your equity in it.

What we are not

FreshRateHub is not a lender, bank, broker, or brokerage. It does not lend, it does not arrange financing, and it does not refer you to anyone who does. It is not a mortgage lead service, an appraiser, or a financial adviser. Nothing here is an offer of credit or an invitation to apply for any financial product.

We do not pass your details to lenders, brokers, agents, or anyone else. There is no partner network your information goes to, because there is no such network.

About the license

LMK Media holds a mortgage license, NMLS ID 2868901, which anyone can verify on NMLS Consumer Access. That license belongs to the company, not to this tool. It is not exercised through FreshRateHub, and holding it does not change anything described above.

Where the numbers come from

Estimates rely on the FHFA All-Transactions House Price Index for three-digit ZIP codes, published quarterly by the Federal Housing Finance Agency. It is public domain United States government data, free for anyone to download and check. The FHFA describes the three-digit ZIP series as developmental, and where sample sizes are small it may reflect broader metropolitan or state-level figures instead. An index tracks an area, not your particular house, so it cannot account for a remodel, a bad roof, or anything else specific to your property.

How FreshRateHub is paid for

FreshRateHub is funded by LMK Media as a standalone product. It is not supported by advertising, referral fees, lead sales, or compensation of any kind from lenders, banks, brokers, agents, or any third party.

No company pays us to appear here, and no company pays us for access to the people who use this tool. We do not have a partner network, a lender panel, or a referral arrangement, because the product does not require one.
