What the program is

FreshRateHub Home Value Updates is a text message program operated by LMK Media, doing business as FreshRateHub. If you opt in, we send you messages about a home value report you built on this Site: when the report is recalculated, when your estimated value or equity changes, and a periodic summary for your ZIP code area.

We do not send offers for loans, credit, or financial products of any kind. FreshRateHub is not a lender, bank, broker, or real estate brokerage, and does not offer or arrange financing. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else, because there is no one else involved.

How you opt in

You opt in on this Site by entering your mobile number and actively checking the consent box next to it. The box is never checked for you. Opting in is optional and is never a condition of building a report, viewing a report, or using anything else on the Site.

The consent language you agree to reads:

I agree to receive home value and equity update texts from FreshRateHub at the mobile number provided. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using FreshRateHub. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Message frequency

Up to 4 msgs/month. Recurring messages may be sent. Frequency depends on how often the underlying house price index is updated and how much your estimate moves.

What our messages look like

Every link we send uses the freshratehub.com domain. We never use public link shorteners.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can also unsubscribe on our opt-out page, or by emailing support@freshratehub.com.

Opting out of texts does not delete your report, and deleting your report does not by itself stop texts. Use both if you want both.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and your carrier. The program is supported on major United States wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

FreshRateHub receives no compensation, referral fee, commission, or consideration of any kind from any lender, bank, mortgage broker, real estate agent, or other third party. We do not sell, rent, share, or broker user information to anyone.
